Our facility floor layout was designed for one-on-one personal training sessions and Small Group classes, whether you a looking for Cardio, Dryland - S.A.Q. (speed, agility, quickness) or strength training. Check out our photos on the Gallery page.

Dryland Training - S.A.Q.
The Multi-Purpose area is equipped with a shock absorbing anti-fatigue foam flooring, perfect for cardio dryland sessions. This area is great for speed, agility and quickness workouts. Plenty of room for ladder drills,
cones and core work.

Weight Training
A fully equipped weight training area has free weights,
a lifting platform with heavy duty rack, leg press as well
as selectorized cable machines. We have plenty of plate
weight and dumbbells for strength work.

Cardio Area
Burn off the fat and increase your cardiovascular ability
in the cardio area. We have number of machines to
keep you active.

Juice Bar
Finish off your workout with a delicious blast of
protein with one of our signature Protein Shakes!

Change Rooms & Shower Facilities
Well appointed and super clean shower and changing
area as well as lockers for your convenience.

Evaluation Room
Get all your measurements and consulting done in the privacy of our Personal Client rooms.
